Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting locations may vary.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-release it from the clamps and remove the radiator grille.
-we take out the five pistons (inserted from top to bottom) and unscrew the two screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the front bumper to the metal amplifier.
-from the bottom, unscrew the six screws and take out the two pistons that secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches we release the fender liners (front part).
-move the fender liners to the side and Unscrew the screws that secure the corners to the wings.
-release the latches under the headlights (pull towards yourself).
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).
-we release the connectors of the fog lights and other electrical equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk opening we take out the six pistons that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.
-from the bottom side, unscrew the six screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the mudguards and fender liners (rear part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew the screws that secure the corners to the wings.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (make sure not to break the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
