Toyota Highlander XU50 (2013-2019)
Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may vary slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood take out the caps and remove the trim over the grille.
-take out the four pistons that secure the grille.
-take out the three pistons behind the grille.
-unscrew the screws around the perimeter of the lower part of the bumper (spun up).
-turn the wheels depending on which side we will disassemble.
-in the wheel wells, take out the caps and Unscrew the screws that secure the fender lining, fender liner and side of the bumper.
-we release the lining of the wings from the bumper (hold on the latches, pull towards you).
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-unscrew the two screws in the opening of the trunk.
-around the bottom of the bumper take out the caps and Unscrew the screws.
-take out the caps and Unscrew the screws in the wheel wells that secure the fender liner, fender liner and side of the bumper.
-we release the lining of the wings from the bumper (hold on the latches, pull towards you).
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
