Production Years and Facelift

The Renault Scenic I debuted in 1996 as a compact MPV based on the Renault Mégane I hatchback. It quickly gained popularity due to its practicality and unconventional design for its time. Production of the first generation continued until 2003, after which it was replaced by the second generation.

In 1999, the Scenic I underwent a facelift, which included changes to the front bumper, radiator grille, and headlights. New engines and improved trim levels were also introduced.
